Class details:
Hybrid class type - meets in person (Mondays 6:30pm & Saturdays 9am) 45-60 min sessions
Coach available for open gym makeup sessions on Sundays (10am - 1pm)
3 scheduled days of training each week (1 optional day)
Can’t make a class? Complete it on your own with 24/7 gym access

We don’t use pre-packaged training systems, rather we create training focused on specific qualities and outcomes. We’re dedicated to building bodies and minds equipped for life’s challenges. You’ll squat, pedal, jump, row, throw, press, pull, and carry your way to your strongest self… and have some fun along the way!

CompeteEveryday is a full-featured strength sports training program. Combining elements of both strongman and powerlifting, this hybrid training plan is tailored for competitors who are new or have some experience with strength sports or anyone looking for a more intense training program to complement their membership. No strongman or powerlifting experience is needed; however, some strength training experience (6mo+) is recommended. Stop by on a Saturday at 10am or contact us to see if this program is a good fit.
Class details:
Led by seasoned competitors and experienced strength coaches
1x in-person training session a week (Saturday 10am - 90-120 minutes)
Coach trains with you!
Open gym coaching available (Sunday 10am - 1pm) for makeup sessions

However, they can be difficult to gain entry into due to the lack of equipped training facilities and coaches. This gives you 24/7 access to our facility. Membership is $49.99* + tax/month. No initiation fees! No contracts! Just quality equipment, A/C + heat, and friendly faces.
We do limit our memberships for quality control. We are a smaller space and want our members to train comfortably and have access to the equipment they need without the long wait times.

Fine Print: Membership renews monthly on the day it was initiated. To cancel or update your membership click here. Cancellations must be received 5 days before the renewal date to prevent next month’s charge from applying. We cannot refund monthly fees if a membership is cancelled within the 5 day window. We’re a small business trying to be as flexible as possible! Call another gym and ask them for their cancellation policy and compare :)
