PANTHERstrong - For busy people created by a busy person! A 3-day guided training plan for busy adults. Training sessions are designed to last 45 minutes to 1 hour 3x a week. Strength-specific training focuses on creating new lean tissue and building strength, balance, and coordination. This program uses a multi-method approach to build resiliency and complements any weight management program. Instructional content is based on the fundamental movement patterns and continues to progress the individual using progressive overload strategies. Multiple movement options are available for each pattern and a coach can help with selection. Appropriate for those who are new to the gym but are comfortable with training independently. In-person coaching hours are available throughout the week.

Compete Everyday! - A 3-day + optional day of training program designed for those with 6+ months of gym experience. Training sessions are designed to last 1 hour to 90 minutes. Compete every day is a structured training program built for the athlete inside all of us. This program includes expanding on the fundamental movement patterns, plyometrics (jumping and throwing), and basic oly techniques. Compete Everday is the base of all competitor-specific programs written by Gregg to produce resilient humans ready for anything from the sports field to the moving truck. In-person coaching hours are available throughout the week. Gregg will lead 1-3 workouts per month on Saturdays.

Powerlifting Club (Beginners +)
The PCS Powerlifting Club is a barbell-specific guided training option for those interested in powerlifting or who want to improve their SBD overall. Led by Gricelda, this program is designed to take those with some gym experience through the steps leading to their first experience on the platform.
