-
How much is a membership or day pass? How do I sign up?
Open memberships start at $49.99. No start up fee, no contracts, just a 5 day cancellation policy. Our memberships are incredibly straight forward! Day passes are $15 + tax.
To sign up or to learn more: check out our membership options here.
Alternatively, stop by during our staffed hours to check out the gym and sign up in person.
-
How do I cancel my membership?
We’re sad to see you go - BUT - we also hate complex cancellation processes. Our cancellation policy is easy, but you must cancel with at least 5 days notice before your next bill is drafted. We cannot refund the charge if you do not cancel within this time period. Head over to our Membership Update form to start the cancellation process.
-
Is there a contract to join?
Short answer is no. Long answer is “Sort of” - Insurance requires us to have a 30 day (or month to month) agreement in place. We WANT you to be member, not just a monthly payment. You can cancel at anytime, and only the next month will be due.
-
24 Hour Gym Access?
24/7 entry is only available to members. A day pass may be purchased for entry into the gym during open gym hours (7am - 10pm). You can find more information here.
-
Does the Facility have HVAC?
We’ve got air conditioning and heating! We’d like to point out that the management controls the temperature and doesn’t take “suggestions” on what it should be set to. During the hottest months, the facility will cool down to about 83° - During the coldest months the facility will heat to 64°. Typically, we expect the facility to stay relatively comfortable!
-
How do I control the music?
At the Ipad mounted at the front desk. Open The SONOS application and select your favorite 80’s hair band (ours is the Crew!) - Okay, you can select whatever you want with the exception of “All I want for Christmas” by Mariah Carey. Management will remove you from the facility promptly for this offense.
-
How often is the facility cleaned?
Great question. We want to ensure a safe and clean training environment. We deep clean the facility a minimum of 1 time a week (usually Sundays!), with daily spot cleans. However, as a 24 hour facility, you can understand we may not catch every mess. PLEASE clean up after yourself, first off. We’re not your mom. But we know her and we will absolutely call her. We will always provide wipes, spray, and paper towels. Also, we keep cleaning supplies accessible to membership (back room) if you do decide to make a chalk angel. Also, There’s an automatic $25 fee if we catch you making chalk angels. Seriously though - if you create a mess and choose not to clean it up, a warning and/or fee may be assessed. We do ask that you respect the facility and your other friendly members!
-
How do I use "XYZ" equipment?
Talk to a coach! You’ll never have to pay additional to learn how to use something or how to complete a basic movement at Panther City Strength. If it requires more than 10-15 minutes of time OUTSIDE of a class, please understand our coaching staff is paid to teach and they may not be able to rebuild your squat or teach you how to press 300lbs in such a short period of time. Consider hiring one of our friendly coaches to work with you 1-1!
We’re working on providing instructions or QR codes on equipment linking to instructional videos for equipment. hello@panthercitystrength.com to setup a time to talk!

What are the rules of the facility?
This is pretty easy:
Be a good human. Respect your fellow members and the facility.
No discrimination of any sort will be tolerated. For lack of a better term - this is a “safe space” for everyone, no matter their identity, their creed, or if they even pull sumo.
Be patient with new members. Encourage them! Everyone is new once, and some are even new a few times.
If you are new, we know the facility may seem a little intimidating. Always ask questions! We want you to feel welcomed and comfortable in your training home.
Clean up after yourself. Wipe down your equipment with provided cleaning supplies.
Ensure doors are closed and remain closed after entry! The gym is closely monitored by an automation system including audio and video recording. Leaving doors open or allowing non-members to “tailgate” in will result in a fine, membership cancellation, and/or 1000 burpees.
Can I coach here? Possibly, but you’ll need to talk to management. If you’re helping your friend, thats okay. If you’re caught “helping” friends who are paying you $20 to teach them how to poorly squat, we’re going to have an uncomfortable conversation with you.
Safety - always. If a coach, member of management or even a member ask you lower the weight, change equipment, stop doing a specific movement, etc - please follow instructions. Follow posted safety instructions!
